General Remarks
All prices listed in the online accessory shop are
• including VAT in Germany currently of 19%
• plus costs for shipping and packaging (for more information see point Shipping Costs).
All orders are subject to our terms and conditions. There you will also find our delivery and shipping conditions. Before submitting your order, you must confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs include the costs for the packaging of the ordered items.
The shipping costs inside and outside Germany 4.95 euros, for bulky goods and dangerous goods 9.90 euros .
The exact amount of shipping costs for your order will be displayed during the ordering process (before sending your order).
Payment terms
The following payment methods are accepted:
Depending on the bank, it can take one to four weekdays until the customer’s payment is deposited in the account of OPTIMEX. The products ordered are reserved until the receipt of payment - however, for a maximum of 14 days.
Purchase Order Process
After you have sent your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with
• an order number under which we process your order
• an overview of all ordered items
• the individual prices of all ordered items
• the total amount for the delivery including shipping costs.
If you have chosen "Advance Payment" as a payment method, please transfer the total amount including shipping costs within five calendar days to the following account, also stated in the order confirmation:

When making your transfer as a purpose / subject, please indicate:
• the order number from the order confirmation, which we have sent you by e-mail, as well as
• the name of the customer (as entered in the order form on our website).
Please note: Your goods will be reserved until the booking of your payment (maximum of five calendar days). If we cannot find any payment after five days, the reservation will be canceled and the goods will be released for sale.
Shipping
After receiving your payment, we will ship the ordered items to you immediately.
